Hi,
Lately while in menus and documents, the Pac Mate I use says/shows right bracket almost constantly. This makes it difficult/impossible to write and review documents which I have created. I already tried resetting the unit via holding the power button for 10 seconds. The problem persists. Any ideas on resolution? I have not yet tried resetting via the recessed reset button on the device because I'm not sure if that will delete Jaws.
It will not delete Jaws at all, that's a part of the device that can't be removed by us.
